You've had back pain once. You can almost bet you'll have it again sometime in the future. As you now know, nine out of 10 people who've had it once will have back pain again. The key is to know what to do for it when it happens. Each skill you've learned in Back Care Boot Camp can help you take care of your back for the years ahead.
